dear Rick,
I have to develop an application dealing with API (REST or SOAP version).
This is one API example :
GetServerTime

I do not know any on REST or SOAP now, so please:
where can I find documentation on your Web Connection manual?
what is best, REST or SOAP API version?
Many thanks

I don't understand your question, Luca. The question is very vague, so I have no idea how to answer it.

Excuse me Rick, I try to explain better.
I have a customer selling items on Ebay. Now he would like to sell the same items on another specialized website named Delcampe.
This site provides an API based on SOAP or REST enabling to synchronize items on Ebay to Delcampe:
https://code.google.com/p/delcampe-api-client

Here is en example to use API:
https://code.google.com/p/delcampe-api-client/wiki/getServerTime

I never developed applications with SOAP, I do know anything about SOAP now, but I think I should build a web server.
Please, where is documentation about SOAP in your WC manual?
What would be better: SOAP or REST?
Do you think it is matter for a Web Connection application?
Many thanks for support.

If you're consuming SOAP you don't need a Web server. For consuming SOAP you'll probably want to look at the West Wind Web Service Proxy Generator which will generate .NET and FoxPro proxies for you that you can call directly.
