SetLaunchOnStartup

 Handles configuration of the Auto-Launch options. Updates the Run Registry key for Taskbar operation, or installs the Windows Service. The services are automatically unregistered when another option is chosen.

LaunchOnStartup

 Detemines how Web Monitor starts. Options allow for startup on the TaskBar or as a Windows Service or just as a normal Windows app. Taskbar operation is just like standalone, but starts invisible.
